 Steps

1. Get an Anti-dragon shield, from Duke Horacio on the second floor of Lumbridge Castle.
2. Get all of the map pieces.
   • Obtain part one from a goblin in the Port Sarim jail. To get it, either kill him and get runescape gold, or kill him with a halberd and grab it through the bars, or pay him 10k GP.
   • Obtain piece two from Melzar's Maze. It is located south of Falador. The maze consists of monsters up to lvl 82 so be prepared with good weapons and armor.
   • Obtain piece three by gathering a Lobster Pot, an Unfired Pot, and some silk. Go to the Dwarven mines located beneath Falador and use these items with the magical door.
3. Go to Port Sarim.
4. Find the owner of the Lady Lumbridge (a particularly large ship,) along the docks and speak to him. If you ask him to sail you to Crandor, he will refuse and say that if you want to go there, you are welcome to buy the Lady Lumbridge. Buy it for 2k GP. You will need 90 steel nails and 3 planks to repair the large chunk of the ship which has broken off.
5. Equip yourself with trusted armor and an exquisite weapon.
6. Go to Draynor Village and speak with Ned. Ask him to take your new ship to Crandor. He will gladly meet you in the ship and take you there.
7. Talk to Ned on the Lady Lumbridge and tell him you are ready to slay Elvarg.
8. Go northwest until you reach the southern foot of the mountain located in the center.
9. Go north until you see the ruins.
10. Go east until you reach the entrance to the mountain.
11. Go south into the mountain and climb down the ladder.
12. Once you are inside the dormant volcano, follow the hall to the wall made of spikes and climb over. Elvarg will be watching you, and will immediately attack.
13. Bravely fight back, and if you need to, run and leave the area to eat some food and to heal. Be aware that while you heal, demons can attack you. Repeat this until you defeat Elvarg. Run back in and repeat this until she has been deceased.
