Build your Runecrafting to level 44. It's best to craft air runes so you can sell them off to get runescape gold while building your level.

Get a nature talisman, which can be dropped by hobgoblins, jogres, moss giants, green dragons and zombies. You can also use it with a tiara at the Nature altar to make .

Mine and stock up on pure rune essence in the essence mine. Only members of at least level 30 mining can mine pure essence.

Go to the Nature temple ruins north of Shilo Village in Karamja. Use the talisman or tiara to travel to the Nature altar and craft the runes at the altar.

Finding Runes

Fight the skeletons that lurk in the Varrock sewers. They will often drop up to three nature runes when destroyed.

Go to Nature Island in the Wilderness, north of Clan Wars. You can't get on the island, so use Telekinetic grab (with Law Runes) to get the runescape money  and wait for them to respawn. Watch out for the Revenants.

Battle the dark wizards that fight near Varrock's south gate. The runes they drop can vary, but you may find Nature runes.

Pick a certain chest in Ardounge that holds a nature rune. It's in the house next to the cake stall, up the ladder and the chest on the right. You must be a member of at least level 28 Thieving to do this.
